How I Made My Animated Christmas Sign - Continued
All of the letters were made from one piece of rope light except for the 'M' in Merry because it took 21' of rope light. Some of the letters needed to have parts of the lights blacked out and I used electrical tape to accomplish this.

- 8 Boxes 18' long red rope light (8 @ $4/box = $32) (price reflects 50% sale at Lowe's)
- 2 - 175' Rolls 20 gauge galvanized steel wire (2 @ $2.67 ea = $5.34)
- 1 - 2x4x8 used to make wood strips to stiffen panels ($0 - Already had on hand)
